1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the okww platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between okww ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of this website ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing the okww website, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on okww, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a legally capable person with the right to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with okww, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The platform may at any time request additional documents for identity verification (such as a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents). okww reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until identity verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure is solely your responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited into your okww account using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party payments are not permitted.
• Funds deposited into the account may only be used for gaming activities.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to verified payment methods.
• Funds associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus terms have been met.
• Withdrawals may be on hold while an identity verification process is ongoing.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

okww offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The conditions for the bonus to apply are listed below:

• Example 1: On a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Example 2: On a deposit of ৳6,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn:

• Wagering rate: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total wager amount must be completed.
• The wagering time limit starts counting from when the bonus is activated.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions — read the details before activating.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• okww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services are available on the okww platform. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets affected by a technical error will be settled subject to review.
• If there is any dispute over a game result, okww's decision will be considered final.
• If you find any error or bug in the game software, notify the support team immediately.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded (in full or in part — depending on how much of the event took place).
• The platform is responsible for odds changes in live betting — however, the odds of already confirmed bets will not change.
• okww reserves the right to void bets on events suspected of match-fixing.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live dealer games (such as Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar) are operated by third-party software providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, etc.). The respective provider's own rules may also apply to these games.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okww platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking the platform's systems, or using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Opening an account under a false identity or operating games on behalf of a third party.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sending or publishing obscene, hateful, or offensive content.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 okww's Rights

okww may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If discrepancies or false information are found during identity verification.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon a court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account. Once an account is closed, permission may be required to open a new account using the same details.

9 Responsible Gaming
